but the beer is flowing again.

tomorrow 24/1 cleaning and desinfectian of the brewery, and...

Next week we will do 2 trialbrews just to be sure everything works
well.

Daniel Shelton ( shelton brothers USA) came and putted the brewing
session on pellicule.
I'm curious what will come out of the 2 hour session :)
Marathon

er een speciaal biertje gebrouwen worden. It will be a smooth drinkable
beer that gives back calories but also acts as the famous hammer
